Bought the 'Create Your Own option in hopes of creating a special gift for my upcoming anniversary (tomorrow). I created all the clues, followed all steps to complete, and finalized the hunt. Then, I checked the app and tried to log in with the email and order number. I was FURIOUS and fuming when I clicked on the option: my hunt, and NOTHING showed! Everything was blank. Nothing was synced to the app. I wasted my money and will never support this business again. I am so disappointed!

Fun in theory, terrible hidden pay walls. A reasonable $5 to unlock the hunt, but if you get stumped and want a clue that'll cost you a few dollars per hint. Worst of all, there is no way to go out or order or jump around. My first of twenty stops was blocked by construction. Would have had to trespass on a construction site just to get close enough for the GPS to register finding the correct place. They want $30 to skip the location, so I ended up not being able to do any of the hunt.

Performance issues and bugs hold this game back, but it's a great idea and is a lot of fun! Pro tip: don't speak too loudly when you're figuring out the clues, rival groups nearby will eavesdrop and use what you've figured out.

I agree with several other comments. This is a great idea and can be a lot of fun. Unfortunately, there are some significant errors and performance issues that must be resolved. There is not enough room provided to give specific details. It would be nice if the ability to provide proof of completing an item in my adventure, such as the ability to upload images and videos. That way, the coordinator can actually verify that I actually completed the adventure.

This is a great idea and could be so fun. However the app malfunctions so much that it ruins it. The setup and excecution of the hunts is no where near the caliber of the marketing and will lead you into the worst neighborhoods and force you to pay extra money for hints in order to finish.

Followed the instructions exactly and could not get the app to work properly. Waste of time and money. I should have listened to the reviews. Good luck if you decide to take the gamble.

Definitely an awesome experience. Super unique. Super fun. Let's you see lots of really cool areas that you might have never really thought of visiting. Definitely a memory for the books. Repeating this event for sure.

Fun hunt had a mile between the first two clues, didn't log the 2nd location in Denver until we were at the 3rd clue, then went through the next 4 without pausing so I had to find the clues afterwards and walk back around the park. Then the next clue is at a park two miles away - when the fun hunts are supposed to be 2 miles total and walkable. None of the locations were given any information once we arrived. Boring, not a "Discovery" of my new city with visitors, malfunctioning, not worth finishing. Will pursue a refund.

Not as well thought out as you'd think. I wouldn't pay to do this again, they're just using you for free promotions of their partner companies. Your chances of winning are directly tied to how much you promote "tag, like, share" for those companies.

Do not waste your time or money! My husband and I signed up for the race in St. Louis thinking it was going to be similar to the Amazing Race. It is not!! The communication from this company is very poor. You don't find out the suggested starting location until 1-2 days before the race starts. They also don't tell you to bring "props" for the adventure portion. I had watched past race clips, so I brought some props, but not enough. When we received our starting location we were very disappointed and nervous. They had us starting at a park in a really bad, scary part of the city. Luckily it was during the day and there was a pretty large group of us. There were so many better parks that could have been used where we would have felt safer. After we submitted all of our Instagram stories and were given our first clue, we started the treasure hunt. The first clue was almost impossible to figure out without having to purchase one of their in app hints. The hints range from .99 per picture to 9.99 to skip a clue. We stopped racing after 4 clues because we didn't want to waste a whole tank of gas driving around the city.
